Todd and Britt are getting married next month and we are excited to have such an awesome, fun loving couple to kick off our wedding season with. We shot their engagement session in Murietta/Menifee in an awesome field right off the freeway. Seriously,, we had big rigs honking at us every 15 minutes. It was a beautiful sunny day, and after all of the rain,, it was a breath of fresh air.

We’ve got a lot of different film cameras as well as digital. These are 600 instant film photos shot through “the Amigo” polaroid camera. I like them more than riding elephants through waterfalls with my closest enemies. Please sit still and look at them. Thank you for your participation. The wedding stuff is coming back very soon.

RICHARD & JOAN

I was contacted by their grandaughter saying that she wanted to get them a shoot for their 60th wedding anniversary. Which I am so glad that she did since I was able to have the wonderful opportunity of meeting with them in their home and hearing a little bit about their story.

Meet 93 year old Richard and his 82 year old sweetheart Joan. Richard is a Pearl Harbor survivor of the USS Pennsylvania. He met and married his sweety when he was stationed in England in 1950. They have 4 children, 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. They are celebrating 60 years of marriage together at a big party surrounded by their loved ones,, and I couldn’t be more excited for them. Seeing pictures of them and all of their family just warms my heart,, they look into eachother’s eyes and smile like their love is newfound although it’s been shared together for 60 years. I wish them the best of love and I know that their legacy will live on forever through the family that they have made together. They made me realize how much I can’t wait to grow old with my sweetheart.

Ryan and Cindel are having a baby girl Olive next month. We are so excited for them to become parents as we know they will be AMAZING at it. Little Olive is already so loved (and has the best baby wardrobe ever) and we can not wait to meet her.. We took these two out to old town Redlands then drove around Mentone at the base of the mountain looking for some green fields. NO green fields were found and then we came across a lovely little side yard by a house. It was PERFECT for what we wanted. Rich colors, twiggy trees, and gorgeous sunlight. You remember Trav & Kaitlin from just a couple of months ago when they got married. We decided to do a ‘day after’ (well, actually a month or so after) session since we lost daylight at their wedding for their portrait session. We shot these jewels at an old Cask n Cleaver in Fallbrook. I’m still stumped as to why a restaraunt would have a swimming pool in the back??? Anyway, we love these two and had a blast getting together with them again. Always a good time full of dancing and laughing.

Some may say that I chose an overkill of sunglare pictures but I beg to differ on this one. It was the overall style that we were going for in these and I love every single one of them. Rock it I always say,,,, ROCK IT!!
